You may recognize Judge, Tanya Acker, from her political and legal commentary on different networks and shows like Good Morning America, The Talk, Wendy Williams, CNN Reports or The Insider. Acker is more than an experienced commentator. She is also a Judge on the fifth season of Emmy nominated CBS show, Hot Bench.
Fulfilling responsibilities in your personal life is already complicated enough, but for entrepreneurs who never seem to clock in and out of work, finding the time and energy to devote to loved ones, while staying on top of work responsibilities, can elicit an overwhelming feeling of guilt that quickly deteriorates your mental health.
Why? Because our fortunes are frustratingly closely-tied to childcare infrastructure, which in particular is sensitive to these pandemic tides. When people are confident schools and daycare centers will be open and available, women find work. When people aren’t, women don’t. Sometimes we get fired.
