“It’s all about the vibes!”
You hear it all the time. “I like the vibes, good vibes only, she/he is a vibe.” But do you truly understand what that actually means in real life?
When we take a closer look at the universal law of vibration and understand the truths about energy, one would start to see that you can only attract what you are.  We are all energy beings. Human beings house energy. We are some of the strongest magnetic fields known to energy, however, we are unaware of how it actually works. Physics tells us that we cannot kill or create energy. That it can only be transformed and transferred in a vessel. Our bodies are those vessels, and we attract with like vibrations in other vessels. This is what we know today as the law of attraction. The mastery of this isn’t so subtle and simple as it’s made to seem.
One must first master the self in order to master who and what they attract outside of self. We attract things, people, experiences, and more due to the frequency we are personally vibrating on. There are also other laws that coincide with the law of vibration. One is known as the law of correspondence. The universal law of correspondence tells us that who we are is who we attract. Now you might hear this and say, but I attracted someone who wasn’t good to me. Or an experience that wasn’t ideal or pleasant. That is because there is a contrast to everything, thanks to another law known as the universal law of polarity. Yes, I know this all seems like a lot. But it would do you some good if you understood the universal laws, and orders they come in. Because whether you believe it or not, this is how we create our environments.
Creating your own reality sometimes can be tricky. One must first understand what dwells within themselves in order to realize that is what is being created outside of them. We have to start to see ourselves in all our forms. The body and all things in the physical are just one form of who we are. The mind and all its faculties are another and then we have a soul or spirit, which science now calls “Consciousness.” In other words, the “awareness” of the mind and the body align with everything it is experiencing. When you can be honest and truthful on a raw and brutal level with yourself, and remove the concept of things happening to you, you can start to realize how you might be creating the toxic patterns in your reality.
One must first understand what dwells within themselves in order to realize that is what is being created outside of them.
Granted, some people are born into toxicity. But at some point, they become responsible for either undoing it and healing it or stay in it and continue to spread it on to their children or to others they decide to engage with.
Social Media has been giving us an option to create a new world for ourselves to delve into since myspace. Now with platforms like Facebook and Instagram, to name a few, we have the ability to create the persona we want to be seen, as some people are famous in their own minds due to this, some are desperate for attention and seek validation in their every post, hoping the likes, followers, subs, and comments validates them. None of this, however, helps the people heal and grow; it only keeps them distracted from the true work we have to do on the self to raise our vibrational frequency. Do you do what most of us do? Wake up, check your Instagram story viewers, silently hope that one guy or girl is checking out your stories? Does that later transform into thoughts of you imagining their thoughts about you as they watch your feed? This is all a part of the game, and how does it truly serve us if it doesn't add to anyone being a better person? Sometimes, people want to attract their haters, so they post captions to trigger others who do not live like them. Something that subliminally is provoking them to become envious and jealous of their ever-apparent lifestyle. All of this is to feed the ego, and it's basically what I suggested is always occurring at all times with energy. We are transferring the energy into something else. The toxic patterning of low vibrational behavior in real life is being transformed into a digital platform's toxic pattern.
Either way, the energy is on its toxic side. Remember I mentioned earlier that there are laws creating our reality, whether you believe them to be or not? Well, toxic is basically too much of something or not enough of, and this imbalance of energy play results from misusing the law of giving and taking. In my book, HOW TO STOP BEING A F*CKING B.U.M." I speak about this in several chapters. We as humans do not realize how we are more focused on how much we are getting out of life rather than what we are giving. All things contain energy, and all things have a frequency, a polarity, which means all things have two sides. Balance is key. But we either are too much of something or not enough of something, and we justify it to feel better about it instead of going inward and balancing this, which is a vital part of self-mastery.

How to Stop Feeding the Toxicity in Real Life?

Think of it like this—when you’re logging into your social media platforms, are you not in your body, using your mind and aware of it all at once? Well then, you are in real life, aren’t you? To become lost in your social media status and lifestyle is a sense of rejecting your reality and living in an illusion.
To become lost in your social media status and lifestyle is a sense of rejecting your reality and living in an illusion.
You must become fully aware that social media is nothing to give your life purpose or substance. It is merely a game and a way for you to keep busy, engage and connect with others. The moment you awaken to the fact that you’re using your social media to belittle others,  conquer, cheat, and anything that pretty much doesn’t serve them, then you’re playing in low vibrations and that will attract to your toxic experiences in your reality.
You will most likely attract others who do the same and according to the universal law of attraction that will only attract to you a match of vibration. Sadly enough, some people think that toxic things and experiences do serve them. But if you know anything about universal law you would know the first and most vital one of all. The divine law of oneness. We are all connected. Therefore, if it’s not good for someone else, ultimately, it is not serving you. You may not become awaken to this law until a higher vibration is reached within yourself as you grow into mastery. But I assure you, it is important and as a whole will benefit you to learn these things, while also learning the order of them. Only then will you understand the truth about creating your reality.
If your reality whether being in real life or social media is in a toxic pattern, one thing for sure is that means there is toxicity within your belief systems about yourself and who you are as a  person. It’s within the divine order of universal law for it to be reflecting in your material world. It doesn’t matter who knows you, who you know, how much money or followers you have, or any of that stuff. That’s why there are many rich, famous, beautiful, intelligent, and powerful people who are miserable and create a toxic environment for themselves and others. Because it’s all about the vibes.
In order to change the way things are around us, we have to create the change within our self first.
