Everyone is facing different challenges during the pandemic. Some people are dealing with sick loved ones, others are feeling down because of job losses, and others can’t afford basic needs. 
Identify some of the people around you that you can support. Doing so switches your mindset from negative to positive. Helping others will always bring you joy and help you feel more in control. 
Don’t Overreact to Physical Symptoms
