The pandemic has changed life on Earth for the foreseeable future. With many restaurants just beginning to open up, we are still a long way to returning back to what we once were as a society. Who knows if we will even see many bars and clubs open back up.

The other unfortunate part of the pandemic is the suspension of all air travel. Traveling is now extremely restricted, and leisure travel is highly unadvised and even not allowed in some countries. Therefore, all your vacation plans will have to wait until the pandemic is over, and all restrictions are lifted. The big question to ask though, is where you should go? You want to celebrate the pandemic being over in style at a great location.

Here are six destinations that you should visit after the pandemic is over.


Visiting Paris is a great idea once the pandemic is over. Paris, otherwise known as the city of love, is a fantastic tourist destination with thousands of sights to see. However, because Paris is so traveled, you often need to plan months ahead of your vacation. The experts at say that you can fly affordably if you are patient and wait for the right deal because flights can often be quite expensive to particular locations, especially if you are traveling from North America to Europe. There are plenty of benefits to going to France as well. Not only will the views be beautiful, but you will also be exposed to a variety of incredible French foods.

The Maldives

The Maldives is considered to be one of the most beautiful destinations in the world. With incredibly sandy beaches and a clear ocean, you can spend a whole day in the water. Not only that but when you travel there, you can get huts that are directly on the ocean. As soon as you wake up every morning, you can just step out of your hut and jump right into the water.

One of the main reasons to visit the Maldives as well is due to the fact that it is slowly sinking. Scientists are not sure how long it will take, but they are saying that there will be a time when you can no longer visit this beautiful country and take in the sights. When visiting, make sure that you bring your camera and a bathing suit as the beaches are incredible. Not only that, but the town itself is based on a hill, allowing you to look down at the majestic views. Your breath will absolutely be taken away if you travel to Greece, and it is another highly recommended spot.


Another amazing tourist spot in Europe, Amsterdam is famous for its laws along with the fabled "Red Light District." Going here is definitely an experience and will be much different than any place you have ever traveled to. A final must-visit destination will take you to the other end of the world in western Asia. Tokyo Japan has been an extremely popular tourist destination for many years. Pack up your bags and make it a point to visit Tokyo once the pandemic is over.

When the pandemic ends, all of these will be fantastic locations to travel to.
