The new Prestige Evergreen neighbourhood in Varthur, Bangalore, consists of ten apartment buildings. There are over 2,000 high-end apartments in each building. There are spacious houses with 650–2500 square feet of living space and one to four bedrooms. One of East Bangalore's most important thoroughfares is Varthur Road.
