I'm Leo Lucas, and I collaborate regularly with the Prestige Group's ancient residential project in Pallavaram, South Chennai, named Prestige Pallava Gardens. In 2025, the enormous high-rise project will start building on 50 acres of land in two stages. Construction will shortly begin, as the plans are complete. The whole process of building has been laid out in detail. To ensure that the project's production starts on schedule, the architects are planning. The apartments have fair prices to fit investors' budgets, with configurations varying between 650 to 2,900 sq ft.
